All sale items and personalized items are not returnable.

We have a 15 day return policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit.

Please include the item/s you wish to return and post mark them by the 14th day of you receiving them to the address on the packing slip/ invoice. All Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up on them, you WILL NOT be given a store credit and items will be sent back to you.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may not return or exchange:
Final Sale/clearance items, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, and Personalized items.

Store Credit:
We process our returns within 1-2 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't technically do exchanges online because we are unable to guarantee that an item won't be sold out, once your return comes in! Our policy does not allow us to "hold" online merchandise. Once your store credit is issued you can use that towards any item you want.

Damaged/ Defective (if applicable)
